Thank you for your suggestion, and I'm already belong to the Ohio group and am looking forward to being active locally to promote the Fair Tax. At the moment I'm reading the No IRS book, and several PDFs I printed from the site. I'm an avid scuba diver and have discussed the Fair Tax with a few other divers and they had some really good questions, mostly about hot the Fair Tax affects business. I couldn't answer so I'd better do more reading. Some of the hurdles to passing this bill were discussed and were quite valid. One big concern is the battle we'll have with the established power base concerning how the IRS is now used as a tool for intimidation and how the IRS is used as law enforcement when no other way for capturing a crook is available. Those are a couple powerful issues we'll have to overcome in my opinion.
