Yes, I was paying attention when all that was transpiring. Thanks for your efforts on getting that done! Ohio FairTax is better for it. I should talk to you on the phone to explain why I made the comment... I'll try to contact you this week.
It was way too cold for me to go out last night in my recovery stage. I deceided it was better to stay home and warm for now. Perhaps a lillet later.
Thanks for asking.
Billie I didn't get the names of those at the meeting. I don't know who all Steve sent it to but I will just forward you the email. it has the attachment with it.

I just learned you reside in Beavercreek, OH. I grew up in Cincinnati (but moved to Fla. in 1983). One of my favorite school guidance counselors was involved in the Beavercreek school system- David Elliott.
I truly do. She has been a huge influence on my life. She has 3 Masters Degree's and almost finished up her PhD in Clinical Psychology. Unfortunately she is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer's. I look forward to helping however I can.
Wadsworth is in Summit County. I live literally right across the street from Medina, actually. I doubt I'll be able to make it to any meeting, and I don't have a whole lotta influence since I'm only 16. However, I'm considering writing a letter to the editor of the Beacon Journal. We'll see.
Billie,
If it helps get the FairTax moving, I'd be willing to take the State job. We really need to be putting pressure on people at "home", so that our Representatives in Washington realize that it is we, the people here at home, who hold the keys to their plush pads in DC.
With all the FairTax would do for the poor, I wonder if we wouldn't be smart to focus more efforts in "recruiting" lower income folks. Maybe we could get ACORN to share their files with us!!! :-)
Winning the election would have been nice but I learned a whole lot from just running.
I would have to make time for FairTaxers because no one else would probably be willing to speak to me! I do wish I could have won so that I could have used that position to call every FairTax advocate in the United States to Washington DC for one big FairTax showdown! I feel that is what it will take to get FairTax to become the law of the land.
I'm getting tired of begging these Washington insiders to see FairTax for what it is. I'm ready to fight!
Welcome to FairTax Nation! My hope is we can work together to pass the FairTax ASAP. If you have ideas, suggestions on how we get this done please feel free to share.
Happy New Year!

I just found a meeting place in Cincinnati. Dave Sibole is planniing and leading the meetings. Please check with him.
Thanks for the welcome. We are emailing friends, relative and whomever we meet to join. If we want this to work we need to get more people involved.
Phyllis
Thanks for your help.
