Thanks for the Welcome Dave. I will encourage all of the South Carolina supporters I can to join this group and participate.
What's the relationship or lack of, with the Zap site? This seems like a much better put together site and more tied into things but I hope that we're not losing that group that has joined the Zap site, are you aware of how John H. and others over there feel about things? I'm sure they are disappointed, but are they willing to join up and move on or are they going to try to maintain that site also? Just curious, Thanks Again
Talk to you soon. Dennis
Dave,
Do you know who is still active from the list on the Ohio FairTax page that Marilyn posted? I thought I recalled you saying we had some folks interested in starting groups in other locations, and I wanted to get a better idea of who that might be.
Steve
Dave,
I appreciate you thinking of me to lead the FairTax group in the Cincy area but I cannot at this time. I will attend as many monthly meetings and participate as much as possible.

We also have a great number of state leaders joining the site along with the Houston leadership. We have done what they did in 4 months in less than 4 weeks. This is because we look for others tallents and use them effectively. We are also actually tackling real problems like straightening out the grass roots leadership roles which have been a mess for years and preparing to go into the weaker states to build a force there as well.
We have gotten Ken Hougland to put the list 'under construction' until we get it straight.
Our site looks more professional and is more in line with FairTax.org.
I could go on and on but I won't. As you can see, I am very proud of FairTax Nation and the advocates we have working on this site.
Dave, I will check out his Ken's propsed plan or try to call him. By the way, I am also a Buckeye - born to Irish coal mining family in Woodfield, Oh (Monroe County). Was taken away at about age three and adopted and raised in another state. Thus the name Smith verse my birth names Stewart and Huggins. Bill
Thanks, Dave. I agree...the "pre-tax" idea is great. I am part of a national financial professionals organization and will feel out some of the leaders of the local board to see what they think about the FairTax. Maybe they already know about it. Is the next meeting scheduled for Feb. 9th? Same place and time?
Hi Dave, here we are again. Hope this has linked us as friends.
Got to go outside and freeze for a bit but will roam around the site later. Fortunately Nation uses the same base organization as ZAP so maybe one day I will become fluent in this language.
Hi Dave,
I thought it was a great meeting last night too. Going over the presentation was a nice way to break the ice. We seem to have a good group of people to work with.
Thanks for the invite, For a while I am on oxygen, and the portable tank may not last as long as a trip to Cincy, but maybe Thurs in Fairborn is doable.
Good luck withnthe meeting tonite.

I called him and talked to him a few minutes ago and I think we have him straight now. I told him he was always still on FTN.
If he needs to he can contact me again.

An honor to be a part of the effort. I am at your service.
