Ohio Tea Party Express

The Tea Party Express will be making its stop in Ohio at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds, 164 Eastland Road, Berea, OH on April 11. The TPX III program begins at 3 PM.

This appearance may serve as the "kickoff" for Tea Parties throughout Ohio.

Accordingly we would like to use this opportunity to:

1) Showcase all the different active patriotic groups (27 + canopy sites available under the grandstand), many more "table" locations

2) Promote specific issues and petition drives
(7 special conopy sites available next to the grandstand)

3) Provide an opportunity for participants to meet candidates (near the grandstand).

The event will be open to the public and free of charge. Restrooms will be open, and one or more food vendors will be working. In case the grandstand is filled (2,500 capacity), attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. There is no restriction on bringing food or non-alcoholic beverages.

Groups, petition drives and other "issue" campaigns, and candidates please RSVP to Wendy Sergent wendysergent@yahoo.com, cc Lisa Woods lisawoods@mcfan.org, and indicate whether you plan to bring a canopy or a table. Space for canopies and tables will be provided at no charge. All groups are encouraged to distribute literature, sell merchandise, sign up new recruits and volunteers, etc.
