Fair Tax Nation

Replace All Federal Taxes on Income with the Fair Tax Act , HR 25

Forgive me if this has been brought up on FairTax Nation before, but...yesterday I was doing some research on old FairTax rallies so I did a Google search on "FairTax". One of the websites that came up was the article on the FairTax on Wikipedia. I thought that article could be interesting. What I found was absolutely wild. The article was very factual and overall positive for the FairTax, mostly because the concerns brought to light by the opponents of the FairTax were the same old dribble that really doesn't hold water. Aside from the main article, there was another section, as large or larger than the main article, devoted to a fanatic critic of the FairTax crying foul that the main article was much too "pro FairTax". This clown wanted virtually every sentence that sounded positive for the FairTax to be countered with criticism. The Wikipedia people were doing their best to address his complaints, but tossed the BS flag many times. For example, he wanted research documented by leading economists (who have disclosed their research and sources) to be dismissed based on misleading allegations offered by politicians who refused to offer the source of their information. In any case, the only objections to this article on Wikipedia was opponents of the FairTax. One of the arguments was that the wealthy are going to pay less taxes under the FairTax than the income tax. Funny how they don't mention that the poor are going to pay ZERO under the FairTax. Guess that doesn't matter to them since class envy is their biggest concern.

Yes, the ENVY is always a bigger issue for a lot of people! I get frustrated when that comes up, because I think it is a bad stance to take. If they really want to "stick it to the rich", then their own well being is not very important to them! I say, do what is best for Me & My family and what is best for America first! I don't care about the rich people and what they do or don't pay in taxes, I care about the bottom line I face every day.
