I've got in front of me here a FairTax flier that says "Fedup Smith" currently can spend $557 with his pay check, but will be able to spend $756 after the FairTax, because his former with-holding money will now be in his paycheck. I figure that's 36 percent (exclusive) increase. How can this be, and yet we tell people prices won't rise? Brian Durham said… - Concerning your Email about writing Krystall Ball. I would use Krystall's own ideologies that she states on her website to drive the fairtax . She actually thinks alot like myself in the area of the economy. Read what Krystall talks about http://www.krystalballforcongress.com/site/issues/#recovery and you realize, that is exactly what the FairTax is meant to curve! More Opportunity with Government out of the way at the same time recognizing that we must financial support our government. If she truly means what she says, she will support a FairTax and not just go along with the "in" crowd for political positioning and gain. My thoughts anyway.
