Hi David I am very disappointed that the KY group has not been more active. We feel that local groups are necessary and that this website is a good way to get something started. Are you the David Adams that is a District Director for FairTax for District 6? If you are NOT that person I am sorry to keep bothering you. Billie in Beavercreek, OH
Hi David one of the people that signed up for FairTax Nation does NOT have an e-mail address. They are from Lawrenceburg. Once I am your friend I can send you their information. I will not put it on this comment. Billie in Beavercreek
Hi David The Ohio FairTax group had a table at the Bluegrass Tax Day in Lexington on the 18th of April. We had beautiful weather, a great crowd of wonderful people, and great speakers. We got almost 200 petitions signed and those names added to FairTax Nation and the KY group. We were happy to meet Bill Sanders from KY. He worked all day getting these petitions signed. You have a lot of people in KY that would like to see the FairTax passed. Now we need YOU to get KY organized. We are here to help. Billie in Beavercreek
Hi Kentucky FairTaxers!
I just received an invitation from Dawn Cloyd to participate in the Bluegrass Tax Revolt Day April 18. I am Barbara, FairTax Community Coordinator, in Centerville, OH.
This would be a great opportunity to educate more people about the FairTax!
The booth cost for this event would be $ 100.
I would be willing to come from Centerville, OH with FairTax literature for all and hopefully with enough volunteers to man the booth.
What I need from you is a small contribution to cover the $100 cost of the Booth.
I will also be looking for a Speaker for this event. What an opportunity, lets seize the moment!!!
FYI :Dawn Cloyd, of Lexington, is a board member of the Bluegrass Institute for Public Policy Solutions (http://www.bipps.org/)
PS Please let me know how I can help you to help me make this happen!!

I am going to try once again to type my D opinions on this sight, which is obviously connected to you. Previously, on sight managed by you, the Republican Red Necks were so offense, it just turned me off. We all know, it is perfectly OK to disagree. I am too old now, to crawl in the mud, with some of the replies.
The Division Of Wealth, If anybody can figure that out, then please send me a copy.
I have formed the opinion thru personal experience ( I am 71 now) and by the heavily driven statement by the media . . .GOP is the party of the wealthy.
Yet, the current opinion of the Democrats: We want to tax everybody and give to the welfare system. If there is one complaint, I hear, from others and that is the echo of entitlements for the disadvantage. How the Democrats throw money away on welfare and every fat, unhealthy, welfare person, is sitting on their hind end enjoying the governments free money. At least, for me that is what I see mostly in sound bites of the media.
Already too long.
If this discussion is going to center on the welfare programs and not reasonable, passionate suggestions then little discovery will be made.
Which brings me back to the subject at hand.
THE DISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH.
(Or, the Distribution of Wealth without compassion and understanding for the less fortunate, under educated, down trodden, population.)
