Hi Tom, To get the most out of this website (one persons opinion) you need to go to "groups" and join your State group. Your FairTax volunteers should be listed there. Check all of the groups and join any of them that sound interesting. You can leave the group anytime. You want to "invite" anyone that you think might be interested in FairTax. You are limited to 100 invites. (I think) When you respond to anyone on FairTax Nation you can request that they be your "Friend". You can send private messages to friends. You do not need their e-mail address. Just a few suggestions since you mentioned that you were not familar with this area. Let me know if I can be of any help. Billie in Beavercreek

Welcome to FairTax Nation!

FairTax Nation a site designed and managed by FairTax volunteers to serve the needs of FairTax advocates by providing a place to share ideas, find resources and create new opportunities with the goal of passing the FairTax HR 25.

On Nation we are working on many projects. One is our 50 State Campaign. We want to link at least 1,000 active volunteers in each state to work together in a national effort to pass the FairTax. That would give us at least 50,000 active volunteers able to communicate, plan events, etc. I know some people want a FairTax rally in Washington D.C. This is how we build the organization to make this event and many others possible.

Congressional support seems thin to me.

I just wanted to throw this out for discussion. It concerns me that there is relatively little news on the FairTax coming from our sponsors in the Congress. My impression is that these sponsors are more interested in us as potential donors or primary voters than they are advocates of the FairTax.
