21 States now have introduced resolutions claiming sovereignty under the 10th Amendment

The blog at the link above is reporting the latest news on an initiative that is spreading around the State legislatures. It is based on the limited powers of the US Constitution. So far, 21 States have introduced resolutions that are declaring that they are not bound to any US dictates that exceed the enumerated powers outlined in the US Constitution. This can be good for Fair Tax. When the States begin to take control, it will be easier to justify a the need for State controlled tax like Fair Tax.
