Event Description
This is a non-partisan event, formatted as a downtown "get-together" and patriotic demonstration at Pritchard Park. After the rally, we will be separating along 4 different walking routes to patronize a Flag Day sponsoring restaurant of your choice. Please bring a flag to the celebration. This can be a pin, a hat, a shirt, the family flag...etc. Sponsoring restaraunts are asked to support this event by displaying the Flag, and offering a patron dining discount to anyone carrying, or displaying the flag. Each person must carry or display their own flag in order to get this special event discount. We want to see a river of red, white, and blue waving down our city streets on a special Sunday afternoon. The spirit of the event is positive, historic, and uplifting. This is not a protest, or an "angry" event. There will be many FairTaxers there and I will be speaking about the FairTax.
Lets get together...celebrate a page in our great nation's history.

We are expecting 400 or more people to attend. This should be an excellent opportunity to wear your FairTax shirts (call me if you need one) and to pass out FairTax information. We will also be seeking the email addresses of those who would like to join the FairTaxers.
