Bring more participants to this months and every month’s webinar. Grassroots is the process of spreading the message (grass) to others. Maybe it would be better if we were a “weed” roots organization. Weeds grow faster than grass.

Join District Director & tonight’s Hostess, Barb Rudelic who will present Understanding the FairTax and our Special Topic.

In our sixth year now, Marc Manieri will return next month to resume producing and hosting our webinars.

What if the only tax you pay the federal government

is one you don’t have to calculate or report?

Only the FairTax:

  • treats everyone the same
  • let’s you keep your entire paycheck
  • pays you your taxes if you’re poor
  • doesn’t know whether you’re poor or rich
  • eliminates the IRS and 72,000 pages of tax code
  • costs the government less than 1% to collect
  • brings jobs back to the U.S.

Find out more here.

Thanks to all the IN volunteers who are doing such great work in educating everyone about the FairTax. We are making more progress everyday!

I noticed that last night Cavuto was interviewing Neil Boortz about the Fair Tax on Fox Business News. A lengthy interview, but disappointing because Cavuto's final comment before closing the segment was something to the effect that it was a good idea, but doesn't have a chance in getting enacted.

Maybe not yet, because most people are so far too uninformed about the economic chaos handed to us by decades of financial mismanagement on the part of the Feds, Wall Street, Congress, and successive presidential administrations. What's the answer?

We all have to learn more about the Fair Tax so we can spread the word. A great opportunity to do just that will be on Monday, June 6, when Ron Heilman and Adrian Messer will speak on the Fair Tax at the Quayle Museum near downtown Huntington at the corner of Warren and Tipton Streets.

The meeting will take place between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. Bring your questions, and bring a friend!

It's past due time to host another Fair Tax meeting at the distinguished Quayle Vice-Presidential Museum in Huntington.

I talked to Ron Heilman yesterday, and also had heard recently from Adrian Messer. Both indicated enthusiasm for organizing another Fair Tax seminar. Meantime, I'll be contacting Dave Armstrong, Luke Kenworthy, and Danny and Diana Higgins to ask for their involvement and support.

The date and time is not as yet confirmed, but should be finalized within the next couple weeks.

Meantime, all you Fair Taxers out there, start spreading the word about the coming informational meeting/seminar in Huntington. And watch your newspapers for additional information, too. Haven't we all had ENOUGH?!!!

Billie I am with you and your friends on getting your candidates that support the fairtax elected, and while I, (like you) would like congress not to spend our money on constitutionally illegitimate functions of government, the fairtax needs to remain nonpartisan.

The fairtax eliminates the problems created solely from the method of collection while for better or worse does not address issues of spending. Those issues are better left to other bills.

I think getting out to vote and taking a friend will help if we can find the candidates that will co-sponsor FAIRTAX or at least be conservative and quite spending our money.
