I copied this, I hope you don't mind.

Update on the Milwaukee T. E. A. Party 9-19-09

Mark Block, State Director for AFP, hosted the event. According to the number of people who signed in at the gate there were 10,000 people there. I had a table set up with FairTax information. A couple of hundred people stopped by. I went around the crowd several times to try to hand out as much information as I could. It was beautiful weather and a great crowd. Several people thanked me for showing up. I met a friend whom I knew only through email communication. He said, “You’re Al Ose!” I stated a similar refrain. It’s great to meet people you’ve only known over the Internet! On the way to get a free hot dog I handed a pocket card to a professional cameraman. He said, “I saw you guys in Columbia.” I thought he was talking about North Carolina and said, “That’s great, I was there.” He stopped by the table later for more information.

Michelle Malkin gave a great speech quoting Obama’s line, “We’re gonna call you out.” She named several of Obama’s czars telling each of them, “We’re gonna call you out.” She stated, “Van Jones, we called you out.” Pat Snyder, WSAU Radio was there from Wausau. He quoted our line, “We won’t back down.” Joe the plumber was there and gave the FairTax a nice plug. The plug helped because when some people looked at me with a question on their face I said, “This is what Joe the plumber was talking about and they said, “Oh, yeah.” Vicki McKenna, Rock Star of Radio, Rachel Campos-Duffy, her husband is in a primary race to finally run against Rep. Dave Obey. James T. Harris, WTMJ Radio

Many of the speakers complained about the amount of taxes we have to pay and the different taxes. All who attended appeared to agree. I hope that our message about the FairTax turned a light on.

The AFL-CIO threatened a protest and 11 union members showed up across the street.

On August 29 there was a T. E. A. Party in Wausau. I was allowed a five-minute speech. Since the FairTax is so simple, it was easy to provide our information in that time. The T. E. A. Parties provide an excellent vehicle to make people aware of the FairTax.

Best regards, Al Ose

If anyone is going to Washington DC for the 9-12 march, let me know so we can have a Wisconsin group together.

We need everyone from the 7th district to contact Sean Duffy to get him to support the fairtax. I talked with for about 40 mins, but he wouldn't commit anything. Has a side note I told him that Tom Colburn is a co-sponor and that got his interest.

Ron Kind was on the radio today. I asked about the fairtax and his response has changed. He basically said that he is worried about the burdon on the poor. I didn't get a chance to ask a foolw up question about the prebate, but I called is Eau Claire office and left a message in regards to the prebate and asked if he could clarify how it would hurt the poor.
I don't expect an answer because I don't live in his district, but if everyone in his district would askthe same question maybe we can shot down his next argument.

I think Dennis Miller then Rush at 11:00. Not for sure what time Miller starts. Brain and the Judge during Butler's show.
Bob I will try copying a DVD again. I got a couple of different ones to try. Talk to you about when I get back.

I tried the DVD thing on my computer and was unable to even play a DVD. So I do not think that my computer is capable of preforming such tasks. I can do a little asking around I may know somebody. Gerald that is good to know I would like to see what their response is. Please keep us posted. What does WMEQ have in that time slot currently?

Bruce on the radio said Boortz is done. I called WMEQ to ask if they would consider carring Boortz. The program director is on vacation but I left a message

I agree Matt. Wether you like Boortz or not he is a great proponent for the FairTax and brought many of us to the cause. I hope they reverse their decision but if they do not, we just have to get louder yet. On another note, we need people to help make copies of the DVD do you or anyone you know have the setup to copy DVD's? If someone has a burner on their PC but need the software, we can get them the software.

Well the Neal Boortz radio show has finally been murdered in the Chippewa Valley. What is Glen Becks stance on the FairTax. I am so upset about the Boortz development I don't know if or when I will be willing or able to frequent WAYY. What can we do? I don't know about ya all but I owe my allegiance to the FairTax to Mr. Boortz and now his voice has been silenced. How will this affect our recruitment. urgh, I Don't Like It.
