Why I am here...
I am in the middle of planning a Tax Day TEA Party for the 15th of April at 5:30pm in my home town of Martin, TN. It is an interesting endeavor and I am very excited to be a part of something so worth while!
I have never participated in anything political, and in all honesty just plain avoided it whenever possible, however the decisions that are being made by our government for the people of the United States these days are unavoidably being heard by even those like me who try to shy away from such things...
This is why I took on this position... My children are now going to have an opportunity to see what it is like to be an American citizen from a new perspective! I cannot avoid the inevitable any longer... And with so many Americans like myself out there, I intend to send a clear message that EVERYONE can and MUST participate if we are to have our government ever working as it was intended again!
Looking forward to achieving our common goals!

You have a lot in common with most FairTax supporters. We are regular people just minding our own business when we discovered something was very wrong with our country -- at least it's tax system.
We are an all volunteer organization who realize if things are going to change it is up to us! Good luck on the tea party. If even one person attends that is one person more to stand up for our freedom and future.
On the "main" page at the bottom we have a petition you can ask people to sign if you choose.

Welcome to FairTax Nation!
FairTax Nation a site designed and managed by FairTax volunteers to serve the needs of FairTax advocates by providing a place to share ideas, find resources and create new opportunities with the goal of passing the FairTax HR 25.
On Nation we are working on many projects. One is our 50 State Campaign. We want to link at least 1,000 active volunteers in each state to work together in a national effort to pass the FairTax. That would give us at least 50,000 active volunteers able to communicate, plan events, etc. I know some people want a FairTax rally in Washington D.C. This is how we build the organization to make this event and many others possible.
Please feel free to invite your FairTax friends to join us.
