I am State Director of Nebraskans for FairTax and I have purchased a FairTax Booth

for the National Farmers Union Convention to be held in Omaha March 4-7

I have worked with Nebraska Farm Bureau and was successful in getting the members to vote the FairTax into their Policy 2 years ago.

I am also a life time member of the Farmers Union and I am beginning to educate them on the FairTax. They are predominately Democrats and that is where you might be able to help. Not sure whether that would be something that would be beneficial or not. Could we chat on the phone about that?

I understand the frustration I sense with sensible Democrats. The vast majority of Republican leaders have NO credibility with me either. They love to cheerlead about Democrats but they are as responsible for anti-Liberty and anti-Capitalism actions as any democratic leader.
I have been working off-and-on on a book whose primary points are ridding us of the evil of direct taxation (via FairTax) and making political parties largely irrelevant via a simple and logical change to State election laws (via FairVote).
I fear for our Republic greatly.

You could have been reading from my mind about the frustration of dealing with those who sometimes seem to want to concentrate more on their dislike of Obama and his administration than on our mission to make the Fair Tax the law of the land. To that end, I'd very much like to "talk" to you in a venue with more space than allowed here. Question. Do you get the feeling from Democrat FT supporters (or at least those you know of) that they care most about the the personal benefits to them or the more general Constitutional/liberty issues (ie direct taxation, 16th amendment,etc)?

Also, if you know of any recording that was made Saturday I (as many others) would be very interested.

Welcome to FairTax Nation! Thanks for the great speech at the Rally! When it is posted on youtube we will add it to FairTax Nation.

We are in the process of securing FairTax booths at:

FairTax Nation a site designed and managed by FairTax volunteers to serve the needs of FairTax advocates by providing a place to share ideas, find resources and create new opportunities with the goal of passing the FairTax HR 25.

On Nation we are working on many projects. One is our 50 State Campaign. We want to link at least 1,000 active volunteers in each state to work together in a national effort to pass the FairTax. That would give us at least 50,000 active volunteers able to communicate, plan events, etc. I know some people want a FairTax rally in Washington D.C. This is how we build the organization to make this event and many others possible.
