Every year downtown Asheville hosts this event and our attendance has been as high as 350,000. People stroll the streets listening to music, eating, and stopping at the booths along the way. FairTaxers! Finally there is a viable plan to get the FairTax done. “Texan” Tim Cox, M.B.A., has written a new book, “Get Out Of Our House: Revolution! A New Plan for Selecting Representatives”. The acronym for the book and organization is GOOOH pronounced, “GO!”. The FairTax had a great day at the TEA Party! We collected over $250 in donations for more supplies and just as many new signatures of support. I will be adding all these new names to our email list which brings us to 1000 people in WNC District 11 who support the FairTax! This is a great handout. I find it to be the best way to help people to see that there are only three ideas on the table right now in the form of current or proposed legislation. I advise them to review this comparison chart and then choose which one they want to support and then SUPPORT IT! The FairTax will always win.
