Part of my strategy to get grassroot support and Congressional co-sponsors is to get bi-partisan support for the FairTax. Along those lines, last fall our team reached out to all of the Congressional candidates in our district. We had five candidates in the general election and two Fair Tax supporters. Opportunity to tell the Democratic House Members what change you want

I received an email this morning from the DCCC (Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. They will be having a conference call this afternoon.



I love the line "While Republicans only want to hear from high-powered lobbyists, we want to hear from our grassroots supporters." During the campaign Obama said he would drive the lobbyists out. Let's tell him to stick to his words. What better way to do this than with the passage of the Fair Tax!

With having posted on the Obama website, change.gov, I just received an email with more ways to give ideas to him.



From the email:

We wanted to tell you about a new feature on Change.gov which lets you bring your ideas directly to the President.



It's called the Citizen's Briefing Book, and it's an online forum where you can share your ideas, and rate or offer comments on the ideas of others.
