Compulsory Health Insurance is Blatantly Unconstitutional
The Federal Government has no such power of taxation’
The United States Constitution Article 1 Section 8, states; "The Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes, Duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States" The Constitution clearly did… Continue

President Obama’s new policy on medical marijuana brings to mind the old saying: even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in while. That was back when you could say “blind” and “acorn” was only a single nut, not an organized mob of them.
Let’s give credit where credit is due – the President’s decision to discontinue federal prosecutions of medical use of marijuana is practical,… Continue

Hello, This is so and so from Congressman Hasting's and we would like you to donate $75 for his campaign. Me...choke, choke, choke...gasp, deep breath.
To which I shared I had a bone to pick and explained the FairTax and that due to his uncosponsorship of the legislation I will NOT be donating to his campaign and if there were someone running against him who endorsed the FairTax that person would have my vote.
"But he is for less spending and ... and.... and.... (Charlie'… Continue

Fellow FairTax Nation Patriots… I am one of you and I found something amazing that I need to share. It may be for all or it may only be for just some. So come along and have some fun.
I joined FairTax Nation in January 2009. I have to think I was one of the first 1,000 members… perhaps even one of the first 100 members.
I sat and with you (in spirit) the year prior and watched the 2008 presidential primaries… how our mainstream media picked our presidential candidates for… Continue

In discussing a National Spokesman with many of you, the idea has arisen that a team of spokesmen may be preferable. We need a very visible presence in the media and it may be more effective the have a team economists, CPAs, parents, etc. available to speak to the issues surrounding the FairTax. For example if the subject is small business - a small business owner may be our best spokesman.
What do you think?

I am not usually given to posting things that are not strictly related to the FairTax. However, I think you will agree there are tax implications in this video.
The video might be a little dated - I believe it goes back to 9/16 - but if you've not seen it, you might find it worth your while to watch it.

GOOOH Gaining Momentum!
by Tim Cox, Author
Get Out Of Our House
Momentum continues to build at an accelerating rate. A third of a million visitors have now been to our Web site, almost 40,000 in the last month alone! We continue to land spots on radio all across the country. Another one hour television show has been recorded. Glenn Beck mentioned us on his radio show (for 30 seconds) saying, “Yeah, I've read that book. I don't agree with everything in it but it's a very… Continue

In my speech at the AFP Town Hall Meetings in August, I used the phrase “snouts in the trough” to describe trial lawyers and malpractice insurers. An apology is owed; no, not to them, but to all the other snouts who were not given their due.
When I go to see my doctor, he spends a few minutes with me reviewing my vitals, asking how… Continue

We need to find a way to get the flat tax off the 10 for 10 and the fair tax on it. I e-mailed the Laura Ingram site but no response.

I am one of the “transfers” from Zap the IRS where I am the Fiscal Agent. My hope is to honor the great efforts of John Hanson, a pioneer in Ning-based social networking websites in support of the FairTax, by contributing my support to FairTax Nation. I urge all my Friends (and their Friends, and ….) to follow me.

I am a stay at home mom and have just begun a new job working from home. One of the concerns of being self-employed is the high rate of taxes that I will pay. I have looked into a Health savings account
, IRAs for college, and other ways to make the most of the money that I will make. Any tips or advice is welcome... Thanks!

get on more talk radio, you need to get Rush #1 or Savage # 2 to back it and talk about it more often .
Savage is the better choice
because he does not say demeaning about those of us who are not RICH.
Hello, there are millions and millions of hard working Americans who do not make over $75,000 per year.
Rush and Bortz have BOTH made derogitory remarks about the working class/ working poor, that we are lazy or a bunch of slackers.
