I only have an AAS degeree, I know many of you have more college education than that but one of the things that was stressed in several courses was goal setting, I'm possitive that has been the case in many of your courses as well. Especially in business management classes. If the Fair Tax has set goals each year they have kept them a secret, I've been on their mailing list for years and I've never seen specific goals laid out. I have mentioned a more "organized" approach several time and sort of rebuffed saying this is a grassroots movement. What is to say grassroots can't organize into beautiful sod? There are a couple of states that seem to be organized on the state level and that is commendable. Can we make it 50 states in 2009?

Please respond and let's make this happen.

Reading on the front page of the website, there's a resource book out there on the responsibilities and roles for Community Coordinators, etc. I've never heard of this, never had it in the beginning, we were just finding our own way, but were successful. If anyone has this handbook, please share your resource. Much appreciated!

Hi, My name is Bob Martin and I am a community coordinator for Wi Dist-03 and Dist-07. I live in Eau Claire, Wi and it straddles the dividing line between the 2 Districts. We are having a FT education event and meeting Feb 4th and are planning our big day for April 15th followed by a rally- more on that later. We are using our next meeting to push FTNation and Zap.

Karen, we need to drive them to FairTaxNation and then give fairtax.org the information so that they will become part of the nationwide grassroots movement. If you send them to FairTax.org first, they could easily end up going to one of the dead site listed there and then fall off our radar. The old Tennessee site is a perfect example. It is totally useless and is listed on FairTax.org. I can't get it removed! Everyone who goes there finds very old info.

I, Karen Hunter, am the District Director for #06 in Fort Wayne, IN. I believe that we have to talk to at least one person per day to drive them to fairtax.org and ask them to contact their congressperson.

Hi all! Great opportunity this weekend in Topeka, KS at the Capital Plaza Hotel! Meet Senator Sam Brownback, Senator Pat Roberts, Repesentative Lynne Jenkins and others who need a push to cosponsor the Fairtax. What's 50 Fairtax clad supporters at the Capital Plaza this weekend called? A GOOD START!!!!

Gwyn,

If you have time, please compile the leaders who have anounced here and make a comment with them all in it. we can do it again when more announce.

Dr. Bill Smith Is, by default, the lead Tech person for FTN at this time. He may not know it yet but I have dubbed him that because I want him in this group.
